RESPITE CARE FOR CHILDREN
JUNIOR DAYCARE PROGRAM
The Early Childhood Daycare Program at the Michael Lisnow Respite Center provides compassionate, specialized care for infants and toddlers from birth to three years old who have significant disabilities and complex medical needs.

This program offers families a safe, nurturing environment where their children receive both the attentive care and therapeutic support they need to grow, explore, and thrive.

Throughout the day, children participate in activities designed to encourage development, sensory exploration, and joyful interaction. Our experienced staff work closely with therapists to integrate physical, occupational, and developmental therapies into each child’s daily routine in a natural and supportive way.

Alongside therapeutic support, children enjoy a variety of engaging experiences such as:

DAYCARE SERVICES
-
Sensory and water play
-
Arts and crafts
-
Music Therapy and movement
-
Interactive play and exploration
-
Social interaction with peers

Because many of the children we serve have complex medical needs, our program is carefully structured to support their health and well-being. Daily routines are thoughtfully organized around medication schedules, tube feedings, and other necessary medical procedures, ensuring that each child receives attentive, individualized care throughout the day.

At the Michael Lisnow Respite Center, our Early Childhood Daycare Program is built on patience, expertise, and compassion. Our goal is to create a warm and joyful environment where children feel safe, families feel supported, and every child is given the opportunity to experience comfort, connection, and early developmental growth.
